The Richmond convention center is probably still being cleaned as I write. Jeff Frederick’s literature was not allowed to be included in the handouts on the chairs of the delegates. Frederick’s video was not allowed to be shown either. And yet, Jeff Frederick won big. True to his word, he has already set forth a detailed 100 day plan. A brief gloss is that it is outstanding and we can look forward to having not only a fighting leader in the Republican Party but someone who is highly organized and understands what we want—to win. These types of folks are paid big bucks in corporations.
It took intestinal fortitude to make this plan and campaign for the chair at the same time. It’s not a fluffy plan filled with vague platitudes. Take a look at it here. I hope Jeff is as good as that plan looks. For my part, I appreciate most the provisions that no family members of staff will be vendors and the part where RPV will provide basic but free websites and email functions for all of our committees. It is something that should have been done months ago.
For those of you not happy with this change in leadership, I encourage you to take a look at what Frederick is putting together. He means business. For more information about his transition team, click here.
The convention video that was never shown is below:
